Inexpensive guest & worker rooms in Upper Austria
Lenz House was opened in 2018 and has modern rooms with comfortable beds, tables and chairs, a wet room with shower and toilet and a private refrigerator. In all rooms a satellite TV connection is available. All rooms are cleaned regularly.
Lenz House has lovingly-furnished single and double rooms as well as small apartments with kitchen and bathroom. The house has a modern ventilation system and a lift. Due to its central, convenient location, it takes less than 5 minutes to reach Linz.
There are plenty parking spaces on the premises, big enough for vans. Our customers always enjoy the excellent care we provide and the perfect location of the house.

For stays shorter than three nights, a 1-night surcharge of € 10 will be charged.
We offer special weekly flat rates for stays of 3 days or more.
For longer stays, the prices are by agreement.
In the event of early departure during the week, the weekly flat rate will be used for billing!
