Inexpensive guest & worker rooms in Upper Austria
In the LW-Haus, our single, double and triple rooms have been rented since May 2019, which can also be used as an extra apartment for 4-5 people Can be booked (each own floor with 2 double rooms or 1 double room and 1 triple room, own kitchen, own toilet and bathroom). Our rooms all have comfortable single beds with WiFi and have their own refrigerator and will cleaned regularly by us.
In addition to the room furnishings, there is also a guest kitchen including a seating area and additional television available, as well as a
Coffee machine on the ground floor. In addition, we offer a washing machine and a tumble dryer on each floor.
The house has its own garden with a covered smoking terrace.

For stays shorter than three nights, a 1-night surcharge of € 10 will be charged.
We offer special weekly flat rates for stays of 3 days or more.
For longer stays, the prices are by agreement.
In the event of early departure during the week, the weekly flat rate will be used for billing!
